Spanje Platform is a trade name of Brentas Connected S.L., C. Sta. Ana 1, Planta 1, 29602 Marbella (Málaga), Spain, CIF B26165886. Brentas Connected S.L. is responsible for the processing of personal data through this website.
Which data we use
If you create an account: your name, email address and, if provided, your phone number.
If you contact a company or us: the details and message you enter.
If you write a review: your name and your review.
If you sign up for the newsletter: your email address.
If you list a company: the company and contact details you provide and, for a subscription, what is needed for the contract and invoicing.
We also count, without cookies, how often a company profile is viewed. More detailed visitor statistics are only collected if you consent to them through the cookie notice.
What we use your data for
To make your account and the website work, to forward your message to the company you choose, to show reviews, to send you the newsletter if you signed up for it, to handle contracts and invoices with listed companies, and to improve the website. We do so on the basis of your consent, to perform an agreement, or because we have a legitimate interest, such as keeping the website secure. We never sell your data.
Who we share data with
If you send a message to a company, that company receives your details so it can help you. We also work with carefully selected service providers, for example for hosting the website, sending email and visitor statistics. They may only use your data on our behalf. If data is processed outside the European Union, we make sure appropriate safeguards are in place.
How long we keep data
No longer than necessary for the purpose for which we received them, or as long as the law requires, as with invoices. If you delete your account, we delete your data, except what we are legally required to keep.
Your rights
You may access, correct or delete your data, object to its use, and withdraw your consent at any time. Much of this you can do yourself in My Account, such as updating your details, unsubscribing from the newsletter or deleting your account. For other requests, please contact us via the contact form. If you disagree with how we handle your data, you can file a complaint with the supervisory authority: in Spain the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, in the Netherlands the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
